Shipping

Orders that require shipping will be processed after payment and, when applicable, final artwork approval. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Delivery timelines may vary based on order size and shipping carrier. T.D.C Creations Detroit is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for select orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup and must pick up their order within the communicated timeframe. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be subject to storage limitations.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and approved. Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.
